There are many ways to change your psychological state, with many esoteric practices that make use of the inner pharmacy of body and brain-derived neuro-chemicals. They all have their place and what works for one person won’t necessarily work for someone else. However, there are few who wouldn’t benefit from the powerful effects of breath-work.
